What?! No more live performances?

Over the last year or so, as we’ve performed for more and more new listeners, we’ve heard the question with increasing frequency: “Do you have [insert favorite Three Twelve song here] on CD?”

And frankly, even we are tired of having to say “no, not yet.”

So we’ve decided to take the hours we had been spending each week to prepare for live gigs, and spend that time in the studio instead, preparing to release a full-length CD of original Three Twelve material. Some of the tracks will be ones you’ve heard in our live concerts; others we’ll be writing to premiere on the CD itself.

It will be a long process—because we pay the bills with income from other full-time jobs, we can only devote a certain number of hours each week to Three Twelve. Our hope is to complete a new track every month or so, and release the full CD in the fall of 2011.

In other words: we won’t be out in public as much for a while, but that doesn’t mean we’re not still hard at work! We’ll be sending out periodic updates to our friends and fans to let y’all know how things are progressing—we hope if you’re not already, you’ll consider connecting with us through one or more of our online networks. Whether you’d rather stay in touch by e-mail, Twitter, Facebook, or MySpace, you can use the buttons at the bottom of any page of this site to get linked in.

Our Booking Information Request Form is still functional, and while we are guarding our time very carefully, we encourage you to complete and submit that form if you’d like us to consider performing live at an event you’re coordinating.

Thanks for all of your support over the last few years—we look forward to bringing you exciting news soon!

Jason, Deb, & David
